Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange your item for a different size for free within 14 days after receiving your order.
How to Exchange an item? Start an exchange on the website from your ordered items or on the app and follow the instructions. Within 4-5 business days, the carrier will collect the item(s) at the original delivery address. The returned item will be checked at the warehouse in 2 business days. Once Quality check is passed, the warehouse will ship the new item back to the consumer in 4-5 business days.
