How do I return products?

1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order that you wish to return. Tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return.

2. ATTACH RETURN LABEL

Pack your items, use the pre-printed label from the box and stick the return label over the previous one. In case you lost your return label, a new label will be automatically emailed to you after finishing step 1. 

3. COURIER WILL CONTACT YOU TO PICKUP THE RETURN

Our couriers will be in contact to arrange a time and a day to pick up your return(s). 

 

 

 

To return your products, please contact Customer Services to request return and ensure that you follow these instructions on how to return a product . We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

  • If used items are returned, Adidas will not issue a refund, and customers must book a courier at their own cost for return pickup if quality-check is rejected.

  • If non-Adidas or counterfeit products are sent as returns and not picked up by the customer within 7 days, they will be destroyed.

  • In the case of footwear returns, the original box and tags must be intact. For apparel and hardware returns, the original tags must be intact. Failure to comply will result in the refund not being processed.

  • Certain products, such as socks, facemasks, swimwear, and water bottles, are not eligible for return due to health protection reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of order delivery. Requests for refunds of any article bought at a wholesale partner or other adidas authorised resellers will not be accepted or approved. If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.

You can return your online order within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for us to fully refund your returned items, they must be returned in suitable packaging. The items cannot be used, worn, or damaged other than as a result of any necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. 

*Some exclusive items have a limited return period and can only be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. You’ll find out while ordering if there’s a shorter return period.

We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel has the original tags attached.
  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear is in the original shoe box.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept any return from you for customized & personal items as these are made uniquely for you. These items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect.
  • For certain products with a protective polythene lining: If the protective lining has been removed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged due to health protection reasons.
  • There is no right to return products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or if they were sealed and become unsealed after delivery.

Returning products is free of charge as long as the product is in its original state and packaging. Apparel has the original tags attached. Accessories have all parts of the original packaging. Footwear is in the original shoe box and you follow the instructions on how to return a product. You can return your online order within 30 days from the date of order delivery.

YOUR REFUND PROGRESS:

1. WE'LL PROCESS YOUR RETURN AND ENSURE THAT IT IS ELIGIBLE TO BE REFUNDED

2. BANK WILL SEND REFUND Credit/debit card: max 14 business days. We'll send you another email as soon as we've processed your return and authorised a refund. From the moment we authorise the refund, your bank still needs to process it.  You will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s). We will reimburse you from the day we receive your online order back at our warehouse and have inspected it.

We will not refund your shipping costs, except in the case of return of a defective product. This will be assessed once received at our warehouse, and if defect is approved, your refund will include shipping costs.

Purchases from the adidas online shop can be returned within 30 days from the date of order delivery, if they qualify as per our returns policy. 

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

 

Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange your item for a different size for free within 14 days after receiving your order.

How To Exchange An Item Online (Website Only):

Start an exchange on the website from your ordered items and follow the instructions. (Exchange feature is not available on App) Within 2-3 business days, the carrier will collect the item(s) at the original delivery address.

The returned item will be checked at the warehouse in 2 business days.

Once the quality check is passed, the warehouse will ship the new item back to the consumer in 3-4 business days.

How To Exchange An Item In Store?

1. You can exchange for a different size for free within 14 days in our Retail Stores per the invoice price.

2. You can also exchange an item for any other item as per the invoice price.

3. The exchange must match the invoice value, or you can pay the difference amount. 

A) How Do I Exchange An Item?

  • Bring the Item in its original packaging along with the invoice to any adidas store.

  • Original tags must be attached to them.

  • Item/s should be in good condition and not used.

B) Which Items Are Excluded From Exchanges And Returns?

  • Electronics, Swimwear, Underwear, Face masks, Beauty Products, Sports Bra & Lingerie cannot be exchanged in-store.
