There are 3 ways to sign up for our adidas newsletter:

  • Navigate to the adiClub page and click 'JOIN ADICLUB'
  • Scroll to the bottom of any page on this site and click the 'SIGN UP FOR FREE' button.
  • Click on the 'LOGIN' button at the top of the page and click on 'REGISTER NOW'

When registering your account, ensure you opt in to email communications to receive your welcome gift.

By signing up for the adidas newsletter you will receive personalised news about adidas and you will stay up to date about upcoming events, promotions, product releases and receive a welcome gift.

The welcome gift:

  • will be delivered to your registered email address shortly after signing up.
  • cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • cannot be exchanged for cash money.
  • cannot be used in combination with any other promotion, discount or coupon.
  • can only be redeemed once.
  • is valid for 14 days after receiving the welcome email.
  • additional terms and conditions apply.

adiClub is adidas’ membership program where you earn adiClub points to level up and redeem them for rewards including member exclusives, experiences, special offers and more. It’s free to join.

It's easy to create an account.

The first step is to click "Login" on the top right corner of the site, and then choose "Register" to start the process.

Once there you should enter your personal information. That's your first and last name, and your date of birth, in the DD-MM-YYYY format.

Next you enter your login information. This is your email, and you need to create a password and confirm it. Then choose your communication preferences, and make sure to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Complete the process by clicking "Submit".

Congratulations, you made your account. We'll send you an email to confirm.

It's free to join. Simply sign up by downloading the adidas app and completing your adiClub profile. You can also sign up at adidas.sa, in all adidas stores in the KSA, on the adidas Running app.

You can join without downloading the apps, but to get the full experience, usage through the apps is recommended.

Without the apps, you won't be able to add points when making a purchase in store, and access to certain rewards will be restricted.

You can earn points with adiClub by signing up, completing your profile, making purchases. More ways to earn points still to come.

Members must be signed in to collect points within the adidas app or on adidas.sa. In-store, members need to be identified at checkout by showing their adiClub Pass in the adidas app or by providing their email or adiClub ID.

Points for purchases made at adidas.sa or from the adidas app will be allocated to your account after the order has been confirmed and shipped, which generally takes up to 72 hours.

If points have not been allocated one week after your purchase, please contact Customer Service. Missing points cannot be claimed in adidas stores.

Please be aware that:

  • Points can't be collected for purchases made from adidas franchises.
  •  Missing points cannot be claimed in adidas stores.
  • Points are removed for any products that are returned. This may result in downgrading a level if your purchase had earned you a level upgrade.
  • You can't get points for past purchases. You can only begin collecting points from the date you first became a adiClub member.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for your level upgrade to take effect.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for products. However, points earned will add up to unlock special offers and promotions.
  • The expiration or removal of points may result in a downgrade of your level in the adiClub.

All points expire 365 days after earning them. A notification will be sent to you no less than 20 days before your points expire.

Member levels can also expire. Your points total should be above the level threshold 365 days after the level was first awarded. If you do not maintain the number of points required for your level after 365 days, you will be downgraded one level in the membership programme.

To change your account settings, log in to your account.

You can change your password or email address by going to 'Login details' under 'Personal information'.

You can change your address details or phone number by going to "Address book" under "Account information".

After you change your password, you will receive an email confirming that you created a new password for your account.

You can find your current point balance and membership level via the adidas app or by logging in and checking the "My Account" section on www.adidas.sa.

  1. Go to the footer at the bottom of this page, and click on "Data settings" (if you do not see this option, navigate back to our homepage and check the footer there).
  2. Click on "Delete my data & account"
  3. Follow the steps from there.

After submitting your request, the deletion of your account will be processed.

adidas app

Go to your profile via the navigation bar.

From there go to 'Settings'.

Click on 'Manage account'.
Go to 'Delete my Data and account'.

By deleting your account, you will still be able to use the adidas apps, but you wouldn't be able to log in anymore.

It's easy to reset your password. Start off by going to the account sign in page. Click "Forgot Your Password?" then enter the email address you use to get into your account. Click "Submit", and we'll send you a password reset confirmation straight away.

When you get the email, open it and click "Confirm". Enter a new password, and finalise it by clicking "Apply".

Congratulations! You have a new password. We'll send you an email to confirm you made the change.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters by adjusting your preferences in your user account. Or you can unsubscribe on marketing emails themselves.

Account:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to "Your Preferences".
  3. Update your preferences and click "Save".

Email:

  1. Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the newsletter or marketing email that you want to unsubscribe from.
  2. Check the confirmation box to unsubscribe.
  3. Click "Update Preferences".

adidas app: Push Notifications

Go to your profile via the navigation bar.

From there go to "Settings".

Simply deselect push notifications or deselect only newsletter notifications.

As an alternative you can also block push notifications in settings on your iOS or Android phone.

You will then be unsubscribed from the newsletter or marketing email. It can take up to a week for your request to be processed, so you may still receive newsletters or marketing emails during the week after you submitted your request.
